Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every purchase from Chic Style Shop. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Package your return securely in the original packaging with all tags attached

Refund Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days after approval (processing time depends on your bank)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
For fastest service, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order. If you prefer an exchange:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d like
- Exchanges are subject to availability – if your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items (marked as such on product pages)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimate apparel (swimwear, bikinis) unless faulty
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or alteration
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For international customers:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with return shipments
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
