At Chic Style Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.
Please note: All returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these requirements.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Package your return – Once approved, securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after approval (processing time depends on your bank)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Exchange Information
If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
If you still prefer an exchange:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying the item you’d like to exchange for
- We will process the exchange once we receive your return
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such on product page)
- Personalized or custom-made items (including pet accessories with customizations)
- Intimate apparel (swimwear, bikinis) unless faulty
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear or have been altered
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For international returns, please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with the return shipment
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
